Crystal Information

Crystals in Drinking Water

Directions - Wash, rinse and dry your crystal or crystals thoroughly and place them in a container. Fill the container with drinking water and let sit for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the energy of the water will be aligned with the crystals.

You can drink up to one cup a day, sometimes more, if needed for specific past life energy. Be sure that the crystals stay in the water container and that they do not go in your drinking cup. When the water in the container reaches halfway, you can refill the water. This will keep the energy charge of the water at the appropriate level.

Once monthly you will need to wash, rinse and dry all of the crystals and the container, refill the container and let it sit for 24 hours to recharge. This is a good time to double check the crystals in the water to see if you need to add or remove any crystals based on your new energy level.

Recommended Use for Different Crystals -

Each of the crystals below has its own benefits, depending on your need. Please refer to the information page on each crystal to learn about each crystal's properties.

If you are just starting out with using crystals, try just using the Clear Quartz in this drinking water preparation to see how your body handles the energy. After a week you can add any other crystals. Be sure before you place any crystals in the drinking water preparation that you check to make sure that all of them are compatible with each other. Please refer to the chart below for information on the use of each of the crystals mentioned on Aurora's Message.

Clear Quartz - Can be used alone or with Citrine, Lapis Lazuli, Moonstone, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Sugilite, Carnelian, Amethyst, Sodalite, Smoky Quartz, Shattuckite, Aventurine, Aquamarine, Beryl, Rhodochrosite, Chrysocolla, Ametrine, Amber or Labradorite.

Tiger's Eye - Do not use in drinking water without contacting a practitioner

Aventurine - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Lapis Lazuli, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Amethyst, Smoky Quartz, Herkimer Diamond, Aquamarine, Chrysocolla, Ametrine or Labradorite.

Citrine - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Lapis Lazuli, Moonstone, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Sugilite, Carnelian, Amethyst, Sodalite, Smoky Quartz, Shattuckite, Herkimer Diamond, Aventurine, Aquamarine, Beryl, Chrysocolla, Ametrine, Amber or Labradorite.

Aquamarine - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Sugilite, Carnelian, Amethyst, Smoky Quartz, Aventurine, Beryl, Chrysocolla or Ametrine.

Lapis Lazuli - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Sodalite, Smoky Quartz, Shattuckite, Herkimer Diamond, Aventurine, Ametrine or Labradorite.

Serpentine - Do not use in drinking water without contacting a practitioner

Moonstone - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Sugilite, Amethyst, Herkimer Diamond, Rhodochrosite or Ametrine. Do not use during a full moon.

Beryl - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Smoky Quartz, Aquamarine, Rhodochrosite, Chrysocolla, Ametrine or Labradorite.

Rose Quartz - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Lapis Lazuli, Moonstone, Fluorite, Sugilite, Carnelian, Amethyst, Sodalite, Smoky Quartz, Shattuckite, Herkimer Diamond, Aventurine, Aquamarine, Beryl, Rhodochrosite, Chrysocolla, Ametrine, Amber or Labradorite.

Rhodochrosite - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Moonstone, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Carnelian, Sodalite, Smoky Quartz, Beryl or Chrysocolla.

Fluorite - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Moonstone, Sugilite, Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Smoky Quartz, Shattuckite, Herkimer Diamond, Aventurine, Aquamarine, Rhodochrosite, Chrysocolla, Ametrine, Amber or Labradorite.

Chrysocolla - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Amethyst, Smoky Quartz, Herkimer Diamond, Aventurine, Aquamarine, Beryl, Rhodochrosite, Ametrine, Amber or Labradorite.

Kunzite - Do not use in drinking water without contacting a practitioner

Ametrine - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Lapis Lazuli, Moonstone, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Sugilite, Carnelian, Amethyst, Sodalite, Smoky Quartz, Herkimer Diamond, Aventurine, Aquamarine, Beryl, Chrysocolla or Labradorite.

Muscovite - Do not use in drinking water at all.

Herkimer Diamond - Can be used alone or with Citrine, Lapis Lazuli, Moonstone, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Sugilite, Carnelian, Amethyst, Sodalite, Smoky Quartz, Shattuckite, Aventurine, Chrysocolla, Ametrine, Amber or Labradorite.

Sugilite - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Lapis Lazuli, Moonstone, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Carnelian, Amethyst, Sodalite, Shattuckite, Herkimer Diamond, Aquamarine, Ametrine or Labradorite.

Smoky Quartz - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Lapis Lazuli, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Amethyst, Sodalite, Herkimer Diamond, Aventurine, Aquamarine, Beryl, Rhodochrosite, Chrysocolla, Ametrine, Amber or Labradorite.

Carnelian - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz, Sugilite, Amethyst, Citrine, Shattuckite, Herkimer Diamond, Aquamarine, Rhodochrosite, Ametrine, Amber or Labradorite.

Amber - Cane be used with alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Carnelian, Smoky Quartz, Shattuckite, Herkimer Diamond, Chrysocolla or Labradorite.

Amethyst - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Lapis Lazuli, Moonstone, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Sugilite, Carnelian, Sodalite, Smoky Quartz, Herkimer Diamond, Aventurine, Aquamarine, Beryl, Chrysocolla, Ametrine or Labradorite.

Labradorite - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Lapis Lazuli, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Sugilite, Carnelian, Amethyst, Smoky Quartz, Herkimer Diamond, Aventurine, Beryl, Chrysocolla, Ametrine or Amber. Use sparingly, as Labradorite can cause vertigo.

Sodalite - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Lapis Lazuli, Rose Quartz, Sugilite, Amethyst, Smoky Quartz, Shattuckite, Herkimer Diamond, Rhodochrosite or Ametrine. Use sparingly, as Sodalite can cause vertigo.

Shattuckite - Can be used alone or with Clear Quartz, Citrine, Lapis Lazuli, Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Sugilite, Carnelian, Sodalite, Herkimer Diamond or Amber. Use sparingly, as Shattuckite can cause vertigo.
